Vendor Registration
A 10 x 10 Non-Food Vendor Space is available for $75.00.
The Helluva Cruise Car Show is Saturday, Aug 1st from 9 AM – 6 PM. Sites may be setup as early as 7 AM and must be taken down by 8 PM and left reasonably clean. Electricity will not be provided for any sites. Products for sale must be new, non-food items. The Helluva Cruise Committee must review and approve each reservation form.
To register today just fill in the form below and click on the submit button. Within a few minutes an email will be sent to you, to confirm receipt of your registration. This email will also include payment instructions, (tax is already included).
After approval by the Helluva Cruise Committee, you will receive an e-mail confirming your approval.

By registering for the Helluva Cruise you are also agreeing to the following Cruiser Code of Conduct:

I RELEASE THE SPONSORS AND THEIR AGENTS FROM LIABILITY FROM ANY SUCH LOSS OR INJURY. I AGREE TO HOLD PINCKNEY COMMUNITY SCHOOLS AND THE PINCKNEY COMMUNITY SCHOOLS BAND BOOSTERS (AND DIRECTORS) HARMLESS FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY ARISING FROM THE CRUISE. I AGREE TO PROVIDE MY OWN INSURANCE. I ALSO AGREE THAT PINCKNEY BAND BOOSTERS MAY USE MY PICTURE IN ANY PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL.
